[Bug (?) / Workaround] Map Mode Filter Icons Unresponsive when Navball is Hidden

KSP Version: v0.90.0 Windows 32-bit (Steam download, but launching from .exe file)

What Happens: Cannot click map filter icons when navball is hidden

Mods/Add-Ons: Stock

Steps to Replicate:

1. Place just a Mk 1 pod on the launch pad/runway
   
2. Switch to map mode
   
3. Hover mouse by the top center to show the map filter icons
   

Result: Icons are not clickable

Fixes/Workarounds:

1. Make the navball visible
   
2. Hover mouse by the top center to show the map filter icons which can now be used

It's a confirmed bug (workaround too).

No problem, searches are really hit-and-miss affairs. I remembered it since I reported it heh.

Hopefully 1.0 will include a fix for that..
