Not getting Explore Tylo contract.

I have just completed an Explore Moho contract, and the only contracts not completed yet are a DMagic surface survey of Laythe, and a plant flag on Laythe contract, but I am not getting a Tylo exploration contract.

I'm not sure how the explore body contracts are generated in 0.90; in 0.25 they were always in the same sequence (Mun, Minmus, Duna, Ike, Eve, Gilly, Jool, its moons, then Moho Dres and Eeloo), but from my experience in 0.90, that's changed and they're generated in a random order. If you've already visited Tylo it might not generate the contract. I haven't actually visited everywhere in a 0.90 career though, so I can't confirm that. Have you spent or lost a significant amount of reputation since going to Moho?

My contract order, if I recall correctly, was Mun, Minmus, Duna and Ike (done in the same mission), Eve, Gilly, Jool and Pol (done in the same mission), Bop, Laythe, Dres, Eeloo, Vall, Moho, and then where Tylo should be, there is nothing. I haven't lost a significant amount of rep, but I did use a gravity assist from Tylo to get into orbit around Jool, and I completed a Tylo science data contract during that swingby. Is there any way I can force the Tylo contract to appear, or will it never appear?

If you haven't already, try rejecting all available contracts (or until it becomes clear it's going to keep respawning them indefinitely), time warp a few days and see if anything happens.

You could try opening the debug menu (Alt+F12 for windows). Go to contracts, add (or something like that), then look for "exploreBody" and click H for hard (since explore contracts are always three stars). Then go to the actual debug section and see if it comes up with any sort of error. That's the only other thing I can think of, short of save file editing.

EDIT: It may be a bug in the game. It may be because you already visited Tylo. It might be some other reason.

It's that flyby of Tylo that is preventing "Explore Tylo" from ever appearing.
