Contracts not being completed even after the requirements are met.

Hi! The issue is, as described in the title, that I cannot complete certain contracts (Altitude ones, generally).

I started having this problem when I installed some mods (30 according to CKAN).

Altitude contracts need to be met with manned craft. I don't believe it's mentioned anywhere in the contract, but that's what's missing.
