Hi, for some reason my CKAN isn't showing that I selected mods for update and new mods to download and install?

I've been trying to get this mod working in my game for the longest time (downloaded and installed it through ckan) but for the life of me either i'm doing something wrong or whatever but I cant even seem to get it to pop up to configure it on the launchpad.

Hello, I am new to the community. Whenever I try and use CKAN to update my mods CKAN always tells me that it needs to quit due to a parsing error in stacks or something close to that.
