I looked for this trajectory over 300 Earth Years using KSPTOT and well ... I did it

Launch: Year 138 Day 31 (Earth Time)

Jool Flyby: Year 138 Day 264

Sarnus Flyby: Year 139 Day 188

Urlum Flyby: Year 140 Day 192

Neidon Flyby: Year 141 Day 227

Relevant Mods Used: Outer Planets Mod + Signa OPM Expansion, E.V.E., FASA, U.S. Probes, Novapunch, Cryo Engines, Procedural Parts, Procedural Fairings, Real Plume, Mechjeb, Kerbal Engineer Redux, Persistent Rotation, Planetshine, Distant Object Enhancement.

Very cool, but I've also found that Sarnus, Urlum, and Neidon line up around Year 4, so if anyone wants to do a flyby of just the outer three planets, I'd launch around Year 4.
