It is possible you have the same problem as reported here:

But I didn't see FAR installed in your log.
Worth checking you have the latest version of ModuleFlightIntegrator though.

I don't use FAR

Yes but you do have MFI installed. (as part of Kopernicus and a few others). Worth checking you have the one from the latest Kopernicus installed.
