Considering the "funds" currency is completely arbitrary, this is unfortunately impossible.

However, the Realism Overhaul crew usually has a pretty high attention to detail, so I would imagine their part pricing would be as believable as it gets. Maybe ask in the relevant discussion thread here in this subforum?
