oh wow, blast from the past! I made these craft ages (and ages) ago, back in KSP 0.17 or 0.18, so chances are that you won't be able to get them working (especially as the mods they used are long obsolete).  These ones were updated to KSP 21.1 https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/9436261/Constellation_craft(21.1compatible).zip
But it seems that my dropbox account has "been generating too much traffic" so you might not be able to access that link right now. I think that should just be temporarily so try again in a bit.  If it still doesn't work let me know and I could try another file host.
