Most likely not an update, they will probably release .23 around December 12-13 closer to Kerbalcon.

It seems pretty obvious to me that it's action figures since there are round things near the feet.

They have a base it looks like, so I think figurines or something. There is also almost no way it is an update, in my opinion, is because .22 was almost just released and christmas is coming up, so I think that they would release around there, possibly including some christmas "Bonuses" like they did with Eeloo. Also, unless the devs lied to us, they would be releasing a "half-done" update. Lastly, I don't see how those relate to an update. I would love the update now, though!

When you look at the feet it seems they have some kinda base there that reminds me of the bases on a Warhammer miniature. Maybe they are miniatures?

Not a big fan of merchandising.

Especially the purely aesthetic kind. I might go for a mug or a shirt but not for action figurines.

Still its nice to see and i reckon me and my opinion are the minority here so good work.

That is, IF those things are actually Kerbal figurines.
