Nope. Unless a mod does something with it. USI-LS by itself uses supplies, mulch, fertilizer, greenhouses, and recyclers.

Until you have WOLF set up, there's nothing wrong with shipping in fertilizer and using an ag module. By the time you build out everything, it may make more sense to do it via WOLF. -

There are no plans to allow for the removal of WOLF components since that would put us back in the world of large save files Generally it's *really* hard to paint yourself into a permanent corner WRT WOLF infrastructure. -
EVA Construction only in the next release. KIS/KAS is being deprecated.

A bit beyond that, basically abstracts the entire resource and production chain 'plumbing' so you can focus on the more interesting end points. -

you probably want to look one post above this and one post below yours. Both orbital and ground based construction will be in the box (orbital is done, ground based is wrapping up) along with a third super awesome thing we've started design on -

Unfortunately I really can't provide support for older versions of the mod on older versions of KSP... not sure if someone else in the thread has any ideas. Also a lot of mods in that list - not sure what they are or if they can be messing with anything. -

Yeah, one thing being discussed is doing 'bleeding edge' constellation releases because there are a lot of things folks want to play with - but I expect that's going to make CKAN flip out -

New Packrat is done Four cargo rack options. Three roof rack sizes. Optional chassis battery that makes it a long wheelbase. Fenders are gone, so use whatever wheels you want (above includes the DLC MH wheels as they match really well). Two RTGs, and three generators. Three fuel can options as well as extra batteries Inventory crates!
