  1. Probably. Dependencies are a little weird since some mods come with their dependencies (but might have outdated copies) and others don't. I'll see if I have time to work on that this week.

  4. Not done yet, but getting closer. Already starting to think about how to approach my next station. All the parts on my current one cause my machine to lag badly and it's not nearly done!
  5. Yeah, like I said, it's a work in progress. So I plan on sending up more greenhouses. I don't know much about modelling and texturing as well, but I'm tempted to take a stab. Maybe not until after October though--RL is getting busy. Regardless, I'm loving this.

  9. Serious. I don't like bragging, but I get confused when I offer to teach people and they act like it's utterly beyond their comprehension.
  10. I think I may have to delay the build-out of my space station, so I can accommodate the greenrooms first. This looks amazing and I can't wait to try it!
  11. I know some other KSP players on various social networks, and it always feels weird when they act like my being able to fly a rocket manually is freakish. I get people who use MechJeb because they'd rather focus on ship design than flying. I don't get people who act like you must be some sort of savant in order to fly manually.
  12. Are there internals? I'm sold already, but internals would make me squee. [Answered my own question by installing--looks like the Mk.1 cockpit internal, and no internal for the second Kerbal onboard.]
  13. Yep. We have electrons, mainly, to thank. While they're unimaginably tiny, they're fast and energetic and really hard to pin down. You have to have a dying star at least ten times the mass of the Sun for gravity to overcome the electron clouds repelling one another, and crush the nuclei of the star's atoms together. That's what a neutron star is, really. Agreed, I was surprised not to see Titan on there either. It's second in size only to Ganymede, so the omission stood out for me.
  14. This will prove to be helpful--I'm building a space station and plan on replacing my initial monoprop tanks and solar panels, but didn't put radial decouplers between them and the stack before launching. Being able to remove them after replacement is awesome. Plus--EXPLOSIONS.

  17. If I deploy then enable spin, it looks great. I think I did run into that glitchiness when I spinned first and then tried to deploy. The inflatables work OK, except the centrifuge--that cannot be inhabited unless I load crew into them at launch.
  18. It works in .24.2, but I presume it hasn't been thoroughly tested yet. Here's what I'm running into: Action groups only list "toggle" without reference to what you're toggling (missing actionGUIName I presume, and only a serious problem for the Small Centrifuge which has two toggle actions); The PA330's internals clip one of the Kerbals inside the PA330 (photo below); The parts aren't consistently habitable somehow--especially the Small Centrifuge--and won't show up in Ship Manifest. Beyond that, this is one of the neatest set of parts I've seen yet, and I'm reconsidering how my current space station is set up based on my experimentation here. Thanks, Porkjet and Sirkut!
  19. It works in .24--it didn't load initially but that might've been due to a conflict. Any plans to develop internals different from Porkjet's centrifuge internals? Also, I noticed that it will only spin around once, then stop.
  20. That's not a bad idea, Zerro! What would be useful info to track? I'm mainly looking into whether there are internals, and possibly if they can generate science (although my space station is in Sandbox).
  21. I'm thinking about creating a separate thread for posting one's favorite space station parts and why. Meanwhile, I'm trying out Jhonny007's suggestion. Also, I found out that someone made a centrifuge part based on Porjket's Habitat Pack. This could be awesome.
  22. To clarify, this was with -force-opengl. And Astronomers Performance Improvement. And ATM, and Texture Replacer. I think I lowered textures to half-res as well.
