I've been running a DMP server at home for some friends, and I thought you guys might like this. The above is a snippet from a website running off of live(ish) data, pulled from the files on disk. More to do yet, I do plan on adding maps of each body locating the individual vessels. And I might even add a 3D visualizer showing you the ships in a Map like format.

Limit theory, a not-so-new space game I found!
Silverware replied to TheScareCake!'s topic in The Lounge
I think your statement is click bait. LTheory is far from complete at the moment, it isn't intended to be Beta for at least another 2 months, when the first backers will be able to play it again. The only releases before now have been the prototype, which is VERY far from final and that was only to a VERY limited number of people. Limit Theory has a very different model to KSP. Where Josh (the developer) has not wanted to have people pay for the game before they can get their mits on it, except for the initial Kickstarter. -
Everything else in the game explodes nice and pretty like. But Kerbals just go poof. I understand that making it too violent is against the idea of the game, but making them explode comically like every other piece of debris would be a nice touch. Would go a little way to explaining that everything on kerbin explodes, and thus wings and non-explosive parts can explode without that being something strange.

Reversing the Dv equation.
Silverware replied to Legendmir's topic in KSP1 Gameplay Questions and Tutorials
Can't say I have noticed it myself, but then again I don't often look too hard at my calculations, as I leave a large amount of wiggle room. -
Reversing the Dv equation.
Silverware replied to Legendmir's topic in KSP1 Gameplay Questions and Tutorials
g = 9.81 Wet = Full Mass of stage Dry = Dry Mass of stage Isp = Specific Impulse (in seconds) ln = Natural Log dV = Isp*ln(Wet/Dry)*g Isp = (dV/ln(Wet/Dry))/g Wet = Dry * e^(dV/(Isp*g)) Dry = 1/(e^(dV/(Isp*g))/Wet) All the equations required to do forwards and backwards calculations. Know the approximate dry mass and delta V required? Use the wet calculation and throw the Isp of the engine in! -
What do you name your space agencies?

Teknova Communications We build satellites for Remote Tech, although I do not currently have a flag. Need to make one. -
[PLUGIN, PART, 0.15+] crxTelemetryMk2 Module alpha
Silverware replied to Corax's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
It seems that the tgz files are broken. According to both 7zip and gzip. This could possibly be my system, it is weird, or maybe the recent server move, but either way I am unable to get the files. And I would very much like to play with them. A re-upload, or an upload in a different format, say zip, would be cool.
