  1. I've been playing in Ubuntu 14.10, 64bit KSP. And for me, I can get around 150-200 partcount before the lag becomes unplayable. But I only have a i7-2670qm 2.2GHz Processor as well...I overclocked it to 2.7 a few days ago, and it helped, but not a whole lot. I also am running about 20-25 mods. I'm not running KSP through wine, I'm running it from the Linux-Steam install. They have a linux port. It does work better than my windows 8.1 with the same mods. I winodws, I'd have to use the opengl, or remove mods. With linux I don't have to do that. Nvidia 580m Graphics card, plus 12 gigs ram. (On a laptop)
  2. Found the culprit! The working multiple star system mod from here http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/103298-0-90-Working-Multiple-Star-Systems%28WITH-PLANETS%21%29?highlight=krag When I add this mod, then use Hyperedit, then return to spacecenter, I'm no longer able to click anything, specifically the planetfactory directory from the mod causes the problem.
  3. You're right. I copied a fresh kerbal install, put only hyperedit in it and had no problems. Sigh...now I get to add one mod at a time to see if I can find the culprit.
  4. Hi, I've run into a bug with Hyperedit, I think. I've been using it to put some mun base pieces down. so, Launch, edit orbit to mun, land. When I return to spacecenter, I can no longer click on any building or center or anything. I can move the camera around. But that's it, nothing is clickable. I'm then stuck. Reloading the save does not fix this. Reloading the database from the debug menu does not fix this, I have to completely exit the game and restart. I'm on Steam, Ubuntu 14.10 KSP .90 x64. Doesn't matter if I use stock parts, or mod parts, if I use Hyperedit for anything I can no longer click buildings. I'm using these mods in my KSP: Far RemoteTech Hyperedit, KAS, All of the OKS/MKS/UmbraSpaceIndustries, Near future solar and propulsion, Karbonite and karbonite plus, AIES Aerospace, Toolbar, Chatterer, Connected Living Space, TAC life support and Fuel balancer, custom biomes, extraplanetary launchpads, Magic Smoke robotics, Kerbal Joint Reinforcement, OPT, Planet Shine, Procedural parts, fairings and wings, RLA Stockalike, Soviet Engine, Aerospace Lights, Station Parts expansion, Tweakscale and universal storage. And there are probably a couple more I'm forgetting.

As the title says, I was playing fine, made it to the mun, was putting together a resupply mission (didn't have enough fuel to return from the mun) and when I went to launch, I got this, my ship seemed to be floating or moving, if I try to goto spacecenter, it warns me that I'm moving and can only revert to last save, if I revert to launch, I get this again, if I revert to VAB it goes back to the VAB just fine, I can then return to spacecenter and visit the other buildings just fine. But 2 different saves even just launching a command pod all do this now. I can zoom and rotate around like normal. Can't launch, can't change any staging. Mods I have installed: btw, I've tried to only install mods that have been updated to .90 Mechjeb2 All mods from Bob Palmer/UmbraSpaceIndustries - this installes firespitter, which gives me an out of date mod warning on loading.   6. Hi, i'[ve tried flying this ship, and i've not been able to get beyond 43k following the flight profile on the OP. Has .25 changed things enough to where there needs to be a new one? When I hit around 40k and turn off the rapier, I stop accelerating and stop climbing at that point. Only way I've been able to make orbit so far is to turn on inf fuel, and burn the closedsystem rapier engine.
