im using 1.0.5 and i just downloaded the mod from curse

when i got kerbal galaxy 2 the game keeps crashing every time i try to play is this normal? does anyone else experience this problem? i don't have any other mods btw

i watched a video that said in the kerbin side mod you can build your own bases but I CANT BUILD BASES! IT ONLY SHOWS a toolbar that says atc ngs downlink nearby facilities and i want to race!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! \/
