  1. Bradley Whistance managed to orbit in 0.874 tonnes.
  2. what do you mean by "create your creation"? Do i give you some ideas, and you make it?
  3. basicly, this challenge is where you try to do incredible things, with limited parts. (the kerbals were to lazy to do much science to unlock parts.) you need to start a new science mode game. you can edit your save file to get as much science as you need then unlock some parts with as little science as possible, get into orbit, go to the mun, or another planet the less science used unlocking parts to build a rocket (or space plane) get to orbit, mun,or another planet, the better rules: No cheats (alt + f12 or hyperedit) stock parts only have fun no (part-adding) mods scoring: amount of science used to get to orbit, mun, or another planet, the less science used, the better (These are examples) to another planet 1.) 846 science 2.) 1,034 science 3.) 1,398 science (These are examples) to the mun 1.) 568 science 2.) ect. 3.) ect. (These are examples) to orbit 1.) ect. 2.) ect 3.) ect scoreboard: planet 1.) 2.) 3.) mun 1.) 2.) 3.) orbit 1.) 2.) 3.)
  4. Thats what I thought too, but I think theguynammedAlan says that it is, so mabey they have changed the demo.
  5. I made a challenge similar to this, it is called: moon hopping
  6. i made a challenge exactly kinda like this a while ago, its called moon hopping
  7. amazing! wow! incredible! also your rocket has to be a rocket, not a piece of steel sitting on a launch pad
  8. yikes... this challenge is going down hill, oops.
  9. the weight is in pounds, so your going to have to convert it from tons to pounds. and I changed the point values, Thanks for the input!
  10. actually, this challenge is kinda hard but I want to try it, easy mode accepted. will I get bonus points if I get them all there in one rocket? oh, and it says get your fingers of alt=f12, not off
  11. you receive points for all the things you do, so yes you would get points for suborbital orbit and landing, yes this is intentional. looking forward to seeing your attempt!
  12. do you mean, I Landed on mun -100 i landed on minmus 100+125= -215 if you mean that, no. this is how it works, landed on mun 1,000$ - 100 = 900$ landed on minmus 900 - 125 = 775$ ect. IDK if I will change that, mabey
  13. Basically, the challenge is to have a very light and cheap rocket to go to other planets/moons. Scoring is carried out in this fashion: the cost of the rocket = score lowest score wins going into negative points is ok. orbit: -150 pt. mun landing -575 pt. minmus landing : -500 pt. landing on another planet -10,000 pt. returning to kerbin from: orbit : -150 pt. mun : -575 pt. minmus : -500 pt. another planet -10,000 pt. alt + f12 : +99999999999 pt. if you go somewere not on this list, tell me were, then I will score it appropriately scoreboard: (nobody yet, I am going to attempt this challenge myself)
  14. easy: land on the mun, then minmus, in one ship medium: land on the mun, then minmus, then back to kerbin in one ship hard: land on the mun, then minmus, then back to the mun, then back to kerbin, in one ship Super: (**probly not possible**) land on the mun, then minmus, then back to the mun, then back to kerbin, in a SSTO SUPER-SUPER: land on the mun, then minmus, then back to the mun, then back to kerbin, in a SSTO, with no mining or refueling rules: mining is allowed only on super mode, and only on minmus no alt+f12 menu stock parts only no refueling
  15. This is a group of challenges all involving asteroids, with each mission getting harder. easy: land on a asteroid/colonize it medium: put an asteroid in orbit around kerbin hard: crash a asteroid into the KSC extreme: crash an asteroid into the kraken Some mods are O.K. such as: Mathy ones (i.e mechjeb) visual effect mods are fine (i.e texture replacer) basicly no mods that add parts, or change gameplay
