Im not bothered really if there is a fix for this i can wait a bit longer for CKAN to update everything as it looks to be soon anyways, thanks for the help
  2. when i use CKAN to install skybox (any of poods) it gives this msg Oh no! We tried to overwrite a file owned by another mod! Please try a `ckan update` and try again. If this problem re-occurs, then it maybe a packaging bug.   3. having same problem, i dont really like manual installs, i break enough stuff IN game never mind out of it
  4. yep, my noobishness is apparent lol. ive been away from ksp for awhile and though i was expecting some teething issues its still early days for 1.2 and it does seem that blizzys toolbar now appears when a relavent mod is installed i just assumed it would show blank toolbar square when i first tried it. it didnt help when i didnt read post properly about refreshing dl page so i messed up from the start and thought that was my problem. its all good now thanks for the help
  5. I couldnt select any toolbar from KSC as it didnt show up on that screen just the tracking station screen and on launch. It may be because i dont have mods that run in blizzys tools. I uninstalled waypoint and tool bar has dissappeared. i havent installed mechjeb yet as it doesnt appear quite ready for 1.2 , I think Ive just assumed the tool bar would show without. I do have a few mods but it seems they have toolbars attached to the core game and waypoint manager is the only thing that appeared in blizzys bar. .... maybe ?
  6. when I say "outside screens" i mean the moment i click launch from either VAB or SPH and its instantly on screen even before the actual graphics, same when entering tracking station
  7. tried with same results. the toolbar appears in the same place on screen in tracking station and outside screens but are not on the VAB and SPH screens and im pretty sure it could not hide off screen, as i can still see the tip of my curser when i edge it round. though im not savvy enough to know how far it could hide "off screen" but the delete didnt help. is there a hot key to try ? its definately not this, no other icons have been clicked or used in KSC to cause this.
  8. after further investigation i found that this was the case with me too. tool bar only appears in tracking station and outside play but not in the places i need them lol

I did manual download and did not realize the error of older ( 1.7.12 ) until i tried loading game where avc said it was outdated version. so i deleted toolbar folder and config file for toolbar and downloaded the refreshed version. it unpacks as 1.7.13 but ckan still says its 1.7.12 and it doesnt seem to work in game. i dont know if first install of toolbar has left some kind of registration somewhere ? but im stumped
  10. how about Ripley, from alien.....ooooo and what about an alien ? dunno if that would work but i think it would be cool if you could, then people can really have nightmares

I am also having issues with craft wheels clipping through the runway, then it will bounce around until something explodes (usually a wheel or 2 but i have had 1 craft go super bounce and explode, though a revert flight showed it to just lose a wheel...random). when i used the large firespitter wheels they still clipped runway but did not bounce around and when I start the engine and raise power it pushed the vehicle but the wheels looked to be being dragged as if stuck but i would edge forward until the speed would get to about 20 m/s and then booom. it looks to me like an extra image is on top of the original runway but the collision detection seems stuck in the middle of where the runway looks like it is and the actual ground its trying to stand on.
