I was the latest for ksp 1.5 but after opening the game I noice the game has placed them already. So I don't know if that worked but I had to reopen the game for them to appear

I have placed the pas down and saved changes but when I close the editor it the pad disappears

I having trouble installing the mod, the steps provided are hard to follow
