Blackpinned

Seems I am unable to see parts in the tech tree. All I see is the PAL magnet. Although it seems I do get the actual parts as I have unlocked the docking port but didn't see it in my unlocked tabs. Any ideas?

Is there a way to make proper constellations so I can only see specific connections? Much like the constellation mod @TaxiService made? Or am I just too new into this mod to understand how to do it?
