  1. Use the Powertech plugin. You should get an option when you right click to deploy panels. It also works for legs and engines/fuel tanks (shuts them off or turns them on). If it doesn\'t work try a re-install and make sure you are using the latest version! it works right outta the box for me and im not using a particular clean install for KSP (alot of mods.)

  3. I respectfully disagree with your opinion, Mechjeb allows us space nuts to perform complex precision manouvers on a regular play session. We the player can set goals in mind before we take off and complete them using mechjeb. In real life astronauts use \'mechjebs\' aswell. No human being is capabale/precise enough to perform all of these actions by hand like rendevous/docking/landing it\'s all computer aided back in the day and fully automated in the present time. Mechjeb isnt all about flying to the moon automated. you the player still have to make the right descisions what function to use and where and when. I know you probably didn\'t want to get into this argument on this absolutely wonderful Nostromo post. All i\'m saying is that if you want to make this Mechjeb compatible (fairly easy from what i understand) it would be greatly appreciated by me and i think quite a few others. Please dont stigmatize mechjeb users by saying it removes the skill and fun out of the game. That statement is far from the truth. Again thanks alot for this great model!

  6. I can confirm this. I did extensive testing and it seems that Mechjeb gets completely confused by the Engines/RCS. missile take off is possible but it involves alot of luck holding the ship stable. Once its in Zero-G Using any orbital operational commands from mechjeb will result in total lack of control even with RCS. It seems to dance around like a ballerina.
  7. First off, Thanks for this great addition to my mod collection! It flies terrible though. Mechjeb doesnt work with it. But thanks man. I\'ll have to take this baby manually to Minmus instead!
  8. Hey Cepheus! first of all thanks for this amazing STS pack. I would love for you to expand upon this gem of a parts pack! I would like to see: Cargo bay doors / Orbital engines instead of the main engines for ascent / Working RCS nose / intergrated landing wheels I know it\'s a lot of work bud but i think you can do it!   11. It works absolutely brilliantly. The time to Orbit seems good now aswell. Now get me sum cargo-doors and sum space to put a sat in working RCS system would be pretty neat. Shuttle orbital engines plox. some custom main engines aswell while ur at it! job well done!

As some already mentioned: Harv will release more planets once the \'game\' and \'Core\' systems are in place. It\'s like building a skycraper: one starts with a good foundation to build on. It would be disastrous for one to start putting up walls without a stable platform.

  16. Those landings where actually with the parachute deployed.
  17. Okay first off: The new lander looks and flies great! Secondly: it can\'t do ground landings. ( around 20.6 m/s ) thirdly: it can\'t do water landings without half the ascent stuff blowing up. ( around 20.8 m/s ) Nothing a little CFG tweaking wont solve. The problem seems to be in the weight. so i reduced it by a fraction and now it works perfectly. It still cant do ground landings of course but water landings are no problem now did about 10 test flights at different angles and speeds. Passed with flying colors. 8) And another thing. The Mun Rocket Part file has its Boosters not straight on the LF tank .
