  1. Hello, first thanks for maintaining this mod, it's extremely useful. I'm having a minor issue with it where every time I switch scenes or switch between craft right next to eachother, my resolution returns back to 4k and I need to press alt + / again to change it back to 1440p. This isn't world-crushingly annoying, but I do need to move some info windows around when this happens which is a minor nuisance. Is this normal behaviour due to limitations of the game, or has anyone found a workaround? Thanks in advance for any response. I'm running a very large suite of mods on a strong rig, but none of them interfere with how the game is displayed besides Scatterer, EVE, Parallax, and Planet Shine.
  2. Looking at Take-Two's history with monetization does not make me optimistic. I wouldn't be surprised at all if that's why negotiations fell out. Putting a multi-billion dollar publicly traded corporation run by businessmen who've rarely played any video-games more directly in charge of an indie project has gone sour much more than it's gone well. I hope it all works out and we get a damn good game, but my optimism has gone down a few notches.
  3. Now this is how building rockets was meant to be! Outstanding, this is going to blow up in popularity. I've wanted this in KSP ever since I played Simple Rockets 2.
  4. I like the flight model, it feels like a decent compromise between realistic and arcadey. I often get bouts of about 20 to 30 seconds of the classic (not responding) + windows blue circle kind of loading while flying. I'm not sure if that's terrain related though, I certainly didn't feel like I was 5km from the runway. Let me know if you'd like to test if any performance-related bugs persist on stronger hardware.
  5. I loved Crimson Skies on the Xbox, so I'll be keeping an eye on this. I get about one frame per two seconds in the flight scene despite a beefy rig, so I didn't get to fly. For the development stage it's at, the editor bears a lot of promise, though. I think you can build something real effective and intuitive off that foundation.
  6. Your issue sounds exactly like mine and I managed to fix it. Try going to Settings > Graphics > Scenery > Terrain Detail and setting it to high. Especially if you're playing with any kind of system-rescale enabled.
  7. First of all, I want to say thanks a lot for this system, It's been great fun playing it up until I hit a pretty major snag. I have an issue using this mod with Sigma Dimensions. With the base resize value set to anything besides 1 all my landers, no matter how slow I'm flying, either explode hundreds of meters off the surface as if they're hitting the ground really fast or they just fall through the "ground" until they hit an AGL value of 0 and explode. There's also no visible scatters either despite having scatters set to "on" with 100% density. All of this doesn't apply to the home planet, Rhode, at all for some reason. I tried landing at several elevations there while testing and it was fine rescaled. Am I missing something in the rescale config files? I have a large suite of mods installed, but they're almost all either parts, effects/graphics, or difficulty enhancing mods. Wow that was an easy fix, I had a real solid brainfart on that one I'll leave the fix here in case any of you have the same problem. To fix it, set Settings > Graphics > Scenery > Terrain Detail to the highest it'll go. I didn't try that setting on my first couple checks because I thought it was only graphical, not physical too. Oopsy.
