The Space Plane Cockpits should work by default. For the MK1 Pod i had to change the internal name in the GameData\JSI\RPMPodPatches\PatchesStock\mk1-patch.cfg from "mk1PodCockpit" to "mk1pod_IVA" This also worked for me with other older IVA Mods that use "old" part names.
