Yes, hence it's "mouth" in polandball form; That's part of what I love about Nepal's flag. Ohio is also non-rectangular, but Nepal is the only one as far as national flags go. Tampa, Florida's flag is also weird, although I've never seen Tampa in a polandball comic before. I also made this low effort dystopian/socialist Brazilian flag, not that I support any of that: (Really, I was just inspired by some guy commenting something on r/vexilology that someone should make an 'evil Brazil' with an é instead of e to make it "order is progress", not "order and progress".)

I know I'm a bit late to respond but I do think it's late 40s, since the Karelo-Finnish S.S.R is established, Israel is labeled, and British Raj is India and East and West Pakistan, so it is probably between sometime in '48 and '49 or around there. Thank you!

I bet these aren't that unknown but I might as well put them here: Canada and Denmark share a border on Hans Island, a tiny island, basically just a big rock, split between the two countries (look up "Whisky War") France's largest border with another single country is actually Brazil because of their ownership of French Guyana in South America Indonesia is actually huge, it's most westward and eastward points are almost the same distance as the contiguous USA coast to coast. They are islands, but it's still massive. Bangladesh's population is over 4 times larger than Canada's, while being 78 times smaller. The population of Tokyo in just the city proper is greater than the entire population of Tunisia, and over twice that of all the Baltic states combined. There's your daily dose of geography nerd.

I really only know a couple models of Kenworth trucks and that they start with "T-", I only assumed the T-800 was a think since I knew there was a T-880. European trucks on the other hand...let's just say ETS2 helped me out a bit with that. I mean, technically you could say that ETS2 first really got me interested in geography. When you hear the story about Sarah Rodo and think she's not crazy at all.

It's not that interesting, but I looked at my old globe for a while and figured out it is probably from around 1960-ish (I hadn't taken a good look at it before, only really noticing that the USSR was shown.) I did find it strange that it showed Germany and Korea united, and shows Taiwan ("Formosa" on the globe, also a little weird considering the time period) as part of China on a (probably) post-1949 globe. I understand why Taiwan might be shown as part of the PRC, but not why Germany and Korea are labeled as one. Also Romania was called Rumania. My prediction of 1960 is mostly based on Hawaii being a state (joined in 1959) and the Belgian Congo existing (1908-1960, renamed to DRC in 1964). It also has to be before 1962 because Jamaica is still shown as a British colony, and before '64 because Rhodesia is still around. Problems with this prediction are that French Indochina is on the globe, but it's only labeled as Indo-China, and British Malaya is on the map, but I think it's still around 1960. EDIT: I forgot Hawaii was annexed by the US long before 1959, so that doesn't help me much. At least things are making a bit more sense now.

Aeroflot, Russia's flag carrier/main airline still has a hammer and sickle as part of their logo. They went with something different in 2003 (I think around then) to separate themselves from communism, but they returned to their old logo after a little while. as it had been an iconic part of the company for years (Aeroflot is also quite an old airline, founded in 1923). I believe in 2019 there were some issues with Aeroflot's advertising campaign in Estonia due to their logo and historical impacts of communism in Estonia.
