Largest landed legs exploded while landing at 2m/s
Infinite deaths replied to allanp11's topic in KSP2 Discussion
My lander exploded using the big legs. I always use struts as legs now. A bit bouncy but the impact tolerance is good. -
Landing at a specific spot is tricky. Landing on a landing pad in a colony could be even harder (for me at least) We could do with some kind of landing mode. This could have a visual indicators for projected landing sight, craft direction of travel, horizontal & vertical velocities. Could also maybe have more SAS options like east west & degrees of tilt from pointing up. Just in general more information and control options.

It would be nice to be able to attach radial components at multiple points, ie. radial decoupler at top and bottom of a radial tank. Or maybe some visually different strut devices for a bit of variety. -
Developer Insights #20 - Here there be Drag(ons)
Infinite deaths replied to Intercept Games's topic in Dev Diaries
Could something like this be used to create a single drag cube for the entire craft, calculated at launch, staging, docking etc? Edit: completely ignore this. Answered very well above. -
Colonies and orbital construction, as well as the leap in graphics: I have KSP 1 on console so no mods. Upgraded to PC ready for KSP 2

I hope my RTX 4090 can handle this. No mention of 4K resolution?
