  1. Perhaps this is a dumb question, or perhaps it's been asked before (or maybe both), but how come the explosion effects aren't scaled to the mass of the part exploding in some fashion? Whether it's a thermometer or a orange tank, they all seem to blow up with equal ferocity...
  2. I think I mentioned elsewhere that my Munar Orbital Refinery has been severely impacted by some change that appears to have come in with 1.0.5. Whenever an engine (in this case, a LV-909 Terrier) is pointed in the station's direction (in order to slow the ship in the last stage of rendezvous, for instance), some part of the station explodes, which then causes other parts to explode, etc., in a miniature Kessler syndrome that leaves the entire station as an expanding cloud of debris. I haven't thoroughly tested, but it's happened at about 150 and also at 200 meters' distance. I can't quite figure out what's exploding, and how to prevent it (if possible). I hypothesize that it's one or more of the fuel tanks or the ore tank-- a safe guess, as most of the station's mass is fuel and ore and their tanks. Has anyone else had this happen and/or looked into it? Is there some sort of shielding that could be added that might be effective? When I get some more time to fiddle, I'll do some testing and trying, but I'm curious to know others' experiences of this... (put in Modded because my game is modded, but I think it's the core game changes that are affecting me.)
