Admin Building Bug 1.1

I've had 100% success rate in entering the KSP Admin building by using my right mouse button and repositioning the camera, and then using my middle mouse roller and zooming in a bit. After I do that, no matter what camera position I find myself in, it works.

I'm on Steam, no beta path. Version 1.4.2.2110.

I was last night. After several restarts, I kept getting this issue. The overlay would appear, and then once my mouse touched something clickable (I think) in the administrative building overlay menu graphic, the graphic would disappear. I'd have to close out of the admin building. I couldn't click on anything.

After a few reboots and noticing that the screen doesn't exactly disappear, it sort of clips out,  I thought maybe it had something to do with the 2D graphic over the 3D scene. So I thought I'd try moving the 3D scene a bit and see what happens. It fixed it right away. After another restart, the problem recurred. Moving the 3D scene fixed it again. I repeated it maybe 4 times.

This morning, all seems well. I didn't get the issue.

Ok. That all sounds just like my issues. Not sure how you move the 3D scene(?), but the issue is very random. It also only happens after you have upgraded the building and been playing a game for a while. If you start a new one it is not there. More worrying is the same issue with the map screens - have you had that one yet?  Same issue as the admin 'bug'.

I haven't had the map issue yet.

 

To move the 3d scene,I just moved the camera with middle mouse wheel and right mouse button.
