Ladder sliding error on mod(SOLVED)

I've made a ladder collider on my pod and when I go and test it I slide down it I have been trying out loads of configarations and looking at all the tutorials and no luck.  Please can someone more experienced then me help.

I've seen this on stock ladders too (fresh install - no mods) - it may not be your mod to blame.

 I've never used capsule colliders for ladders only for the hatches. Try a thin box collider for the ladder.  Not sure it will make a difference
