SpaceY, SpaceY Expanded, Fuel Tanks Plus (Not engines, but it adds more tanks to cover gaps in the stock tanks), and Color Coded Canisters (Again, not engines. In fact it doesn't even add parts, it just re-textures stock tanks to fit the FTP/SpaceY aesthetic). I prefer the SpaceY parts because it doesn't add more 1.25m or 2.5m engines; it just adds more for the bigger rockets. As a bonus, even without FTP and CCC, they still fit well with vanilla parts, not wholly stock-a-like, but not glaringly out of place either.

RLA Stockalike also isn't a bad choice if you have more of an appreciation for small to mid-size rocketry, however if you choose to use FTP or SpaceY, there will be redundancies cluttering your part catalog.

Ven's Stock Part Revamp adds somewhat several engines and tons of other stuff, as well as new texturing and models on old ones. Solver engines adds several modified editions of stock engines.

Chemical engines huh? Well youre talking about Cryogenic engines and Kerbal Atomics. And if you want a heavy lifting engine you might want to use SpaceY Heavy Lifters Or Real Scale Booster. They are all located in SpaceDock. Easy to find.
