Antenna Question

Question

I have three satellites sitting in orbit around the Mun, and each of them has a pair of DTS-M1 antennas. Antennas on each sat are deployed, and all three are within line of sight of each other. DSN is fully upgraded. All 3 sats are fully powered and controllable. Despite this, while all three sats will communicate with Kerbin, none of them are talking with each other. Any guesses as to what I'm missing?

DTS-M1's are not relay antennas. They are direct antennas. They can only talk to a relay antenna or to Kerbin.

I'm having this problem too, I have 2 relays orbiting the sun but they're not interacting with each other even though they should be able to relay far enough to be able to.

Ah, that's why. Thanks!

Are RA-2 antennae usable for relays? And if not, what's the most basic antenna that is?

How far apart are they, and which antenna are they?

Yes, those ones are relays, but their range to each other is only 2 Gm -- which is 1/3 the distance from Moho to Kerbol.

Nevermind, I was using the wrong view mode. They are actually interacting with eachother
