It's one of your mod acting weird.
It's either corrupted or it is not compatible with your current KSP version.

looks like a mod is trying to load parts that are messed up for some reason or another.  its definitely a mod tho.

1.2 broke alot of mods so youll wanna update as many as possible

looks like its probably your FASA and Sovietpack  mods.  they are the oldest and also seem to correspond with the msgs that pop up

Note, there's also a setting somewhere that lets you choose whether errors in the log file should be popped up on your screen or not.

I prefer to leave it turned on, myself, since, 1. I don't get many errors, and 2. when they do happen, I really wanna know about it (for one thing, I'm a mod author, and I'd like to know if code I've written is barfing).

However, if you have oodles of mods and you're getting these routinely all the time, you do have the option of making them not get in your face all the time.  It's up to you.

(Sorry, don't have my KSP computer in front of me right now, so I don't offhand remember where the setting is to control this-- just that it exists.)
