Is there a way to have multiple modules?

This is what PartModules are for, although I don't know how to use them. The IRC channel can likely help you, though.

The "module" can have only one parameter, but PartModules are indeed there to allow for multiple functionalities. However, you have to use a specific syntax to call them, and we don't even know if they are all properly coded or not.

I'm sure there was a list of modules on the wiki, but it seems the page was deleted (probably obsolete anyway).

I, myself, am eager to use these, but we'll have to wait a bit. Ladders and airlocks can be added to any part, though (following DYJ's tutorial on the wiki).
