Upgraded to 1.3 and I'm really confused

So I updated from Version ID: 1608 to Version ID: 1804 and now all of my parts are name #autoLOC_XXXXXXX  Including the company and the description... Please Help! It's annoying to see the part's IDs instead of name tags D:

Something definitely went wrong with the upgrade process then. For parts to show a #autoLOC_XXXXX it means you are missing at least one if not several files. I'd recommend just deleting KSP and reinstalling (but make sure to grab any saves or crafts you like before doing this).
