Not seeing any Truss Structures

Hello all, I'm having an issue where my truss structures aren't showing on my fairings. On/off, nothing. I Had mods installed, figured it was one of those so I deleted them all. Uninstalled and tried again, nothing. I downloaded a craft file from kerbalx oddly enough that showed truss structures but I still couldn't get them on a new craft in any of my saves. My installs seem really low too. It asks for about 4.9GB space and it downloads about 980mb. Thought it was weird so I tried 3 different disks. Nothing.

Are you talking about the additional mounting points available on fairing bases?

That's a 3.75 m fairing with trusses enabled, but they don't appear unless you attach something to one of the nodes above the fairing base.

Wow, didn't know that this option even existed.

But you also have to turn on the interstage nodes option in the fairing's right click menu.
