heavily modded 1.2.2 crashing on loading

i tried using a newer version of OPT and i think the folders merged upon doing so may have messed something up. also tried to add the mk2 expansion so that wouldn't have helped either. always crashes on 'airplaneplus/parts/aero/flaps/straightslat/straightslat'

I think it's just the fact that you're heavily modded. In your situation, I would uninstall all mods that you don't like, care about, or just don't use. I can turn 50 mods into 10, but you've got  a little more than that, I can see.

And upon viewing your output log, I can see that your computer's name is "Fa**ot." I couldn't help but laugh.

Things to try:

Uninstall non-essential mods

Install the most up to date version of KSP (for less bugs)
