Can't remove ParticleSystem because FXPrefab (Script) depends on it
 
(Filename:  Line: 1484)

Has anybody else seen this in the log?

I did a short check, there is no .cfg with the text "FXPrefab" in it and there is only one .dll with that text in it:
GameData\REPOSoftTech\ResearchBodies\Plugins\ResearchBodies.dll

I am trying to trouble shoot and locate which mod is doing it.

looks like it is coming from 

[1.3.1] Reentry Particle Effect 1.1 (2016-10-24)

pizzaovenhead knows about it and will get to it when he can...
