Updating from KSP 1.4.3 to 1.4.5

Hi Folks! 

First post here, so if there is another thread that this is answered in, by all means, I would love the referral :)  

My issue is that I realize there is two additional updates to KSP that released last month, and apparently I missed it.  I when I try to open the game, it opens this window with a button saying "update" but it's grayed out.  Is there a way to get this update?  I've emailed Squad a couple days ago and haven't even received a confirmation that they received it.  

As always, any help will be well received.
