Missing funds/reputation/science bar (KSP 1.5) UI Scale

I just installed ksp 1.5 today fresh, with no other previous installations on my computer. I started a career mode save, but my funds/reputation/science bar won't come up. I've already tried redownloading and reinstalling to no avail.

Edit: I've found it is tied to the UI scale. If I set the UI scale above 160%, the resource bard disappears entirely.

Had the same issue with the Science reputation and funds bar being hidden at ui scale 170

Reducing it to 160 fixed my issue too
