The ksc is in a crater

not too long-ago i installed rss/ro for 1.3.1 via CKAN and manually if required. when i launched the game and i was going to launch a rocket untill i realised, one the KSC was in a crater.  and two, half of it was underground

 

 

 

 anyone know whats happening?
