I Have Been Banned From The KSP Website

I was logged into https://www.kerbalspaceprogram.com/ waiting for 'Breaking Ground' to release. At 1:30 pm EST when I reloaded to page it said this:

The owner of this website (www.kerbalspaceprogram.com) has banned your IP address (~~~~~my ip~~~~~).

If anyone could tell me how to get unbanned I would really appreciate it.

Or if anyone can find a support email that I can send a message to that would also be helpful (I can't get on the website)

I think that may have been a temporary technical glitch that happened when the site got overwhelmed by an avalanche of people all trying to buy Breaking Ground at once.

Could you try again and see if it works better this time?  (I've heard from folks who ran into the same problem as you, but then tried a while later and were fine.)

@MathBrainToo It happened to me, too. But, it cleared after a little while. I was able to purchase the game around 1:50pm EST.
