Breaking Ground DLC is not downloading (1.7)

Why new DLC is not downloading in game. I bought it in Steam as MH DLC and downloaded it, but it isn’t downloading in game. It tried fully stock KSP, it isn’t working! What should i do?

Make sure you are not in any Beta Branch.

Try restarting steam and see if the download starts.

I am having the same problem.  First Steam installed it automatically without me paying anything but it didnt show up in the game even tho the title page said it was installed and I even got the welcome page telling me about it.  Then I went back on Steam and actually paid for it thinking that would resolve it but that didn't help either.  The option for the robotics is not showing up in the menu and neither are the science projects.  Not sure what to do.

The Breaking Ground expansion is not in 1.2.0 and it requries this to be played and it isn't downloading on its. own what should I do.
