KSP 1.8.0 altimeter blank when full-screen win10

Hello.  Problem with fresh install of KSP 1.8.0.2686 on windows 10, no mods or expansions. 

When in full-screen mode, whenever in flight, the ASL/AGL altimeter main display is blank.

Problem seems to disappear when not in full-screen mode.  Changing UI scale to 110% also appears to fix it.

Getting this same exact issue on a much lower-end PC with 4gb of ram.

When you rescale the UI this happens. Reset the UI to 100 and it will be normal. Known bug, Squad is aware.
