EVE-Redux
This is my continuation of EVE (Environmental Visual Enhancements). This started as a performance-enhanced version of EVE.

@blackrack, I've just ran some tests on a barebones KSP 1.10.1 install with various EVE/EVE Redux/Scatterer setups using the default BoulderCo configs and also the BoulderCo config for Kerbin with its volumetric particle area changed from 18000,4 to 18000,6 (basically with the particle array subdivided an extra 2 levels).
