Question about licensing

Recommended Posts

The license you choose is how you want to protect the creation you have made. It determines how others my use or reproduce parts of your creation.  You can see a summary of various open source licenses and what they mean at this web site; https://choosealicense.com/licenses/

If on the other hand you don't want your creation to be open source you can specify your copyright and reserve all rights.

The MIT license is the one I pick for my projects. It allows others to reuse it with the minimum amount of fuss.
