zooming in/out (with the scroll wheel) does not work

This phenomena happens in any environment. Only the +/- buttons work. Any way to solve this?

Any enviroment?Are you on laptop?You might need to rebind maybe cause it gets confused with numpad, but i doubt it.

Inside Editor VAB you have to hold Shift+Scroll Wheel to zoom in and out.

1. Laptop + Keyboard, not confused about anything

P. S. got solved by doing a reinstall
