Rules and levels of challenge

Easy mode

You may use warpdrives in your design, the base must be self sufficient(supplies)(machinery use from MKS OFF) you MAY ship in colonysupplies and the like if need be

Normal Mode

No FTL whatsoever, Base must be self sufficient along with being able to make materialkits and specialized parts, No shipping things in other than what you need to start the initial base(other than other base modules)(machinery use OFF)

Hard mode

No FTL, Base must be self sufficient on these resources, nuclear fuel, Lifesupport, colonysupplies, machinery, Materialkits, specialized parts, MUST be able to build rockets off planet(fuel too) 

Super mode

No FTL, 1 ship only, Must be FULLY self sufficient on ALL MKS resources the base needs, must be able to produce propellant and build rockets, orbital station MUST be constructed around the target planet, Cargo and crew landers must be constructed to bring kerbals up and down from the station along with cargo.
