Which flag is better?

Hello everybody!

I just wanted to know which flag for one of my Kerbal manufacturers, KerbalKran Industries (They make cranes; It is pronounced "Kerb-ull-Kron" and Kran is the German word for crane).

The new one is bigger because I started it without noting the size, but it still has the same aspect ratio. It should still work, right? It is 512x320.

I may add some sort of crane graphic to the new one later. I also know that the edges of the new flag are a little messy, and it is not transparent. It is still somewhat of a work in progress.
