No parts at all in my modded install, Not even stock ones.

Apologies for this, But i was never any good at modding in general, I have created a modded version of KSP, It launches without complaint, however my game is missing its parts. All of them. From both the SPH and the VAB, not even stock parts are loading, When i click on the saved vehicles button it alerts me that every vehicle in it has either locked or invalid parts.

After some digging i found my parts folder had deleted everything inside, Please help!

Edit: I just also found out that for some reason the parts folder in my steam install have also deleted everything inside. even though the two are not related in launching...

Sounds like your Steam copy of KSP is pretty mangled- disable steam cloud sync, verify the local files, and if that doesn’t help uninstall and reinstall KSP completely. Check the game works OK with no mods, then create a new copy of KSP from that Steam copy and put your mods in that.

ok, so the steam version was missing 79 files, after they were confirmed repaired, i launched. The game ran flawlessly and was functioning normally.

Launched with the mods in the gamedata folder. Same problem as before. No parts at all in the new independent modded install.
