What is the best part pack for ksp?

I now abou KW Rocetry and NovaPunch, AIES Aersopace was good, but I need 0.22 compatibility, but aside, which is the best parts pack for KSP?

B9 Aerospace is awesome and fully 0.22 compatible. It's oriented toward spaceplanes, but a lot of the parts are also useful on rockets too.

I'd say that KW and NovaPunch are the best. B9 is good too, but that is mostly oriented toward spaceplanes, as Mitchz95 said. However, I found that by going into the KW and NovaPunch files, i could remove parts I didn't like, allowing me to have both mods with decreased memory usage.

KW - rocket parts

NovaPunch - assorted rocket parts and payload parts

AIES - rocket parts and payload parts, somewhere between KW and NP

B9 - spaceplane parts as well as atmospheric parts

TV Aerospace - plane parts mostly

BobCat's Historical Packs - historical rocket parts, mostly incompatible with anything else but useful nonetheless

Procedural Mods* - build your own stuff, mostly rocket parts

*pWings, pAdapter, StretchyTanks/StretchySRB, Procedural Fairings

I recommend KW Rocketry, as it allows larger payloads and better looking rockets IMO. 0.22 compatible as well!
