NationStates is a game where you essentially create your own country. While playing it, I found that country.

I took a look at the leading causes of death page. 2% are from "acts of god" and another 2% are from "lost in the wilderness". I'm guessing those are the kerbalnauts who get killed by spontaneous rocket disassembly and getting stranded in space.
