Most probably elite in the so called 1337(leet) speak. it substitutes random letters with other symbols.

It's leet-speak for "elite". Leet-speak being the mix of numbers and letters sometimes used by gamers, e.g. "ph34r my 1337 ski11z" is "fear my elite skills".
