  1. Suggestion for an Easter egg: Make it so Kerbals don't need food on Minmus, only water. Actually, there's water in icecream and there's oxygen in water so let's make it so they don't need any life support on Minmus, nobody will notice anyway
  2. The directors of Shrek team up with the KSP animaors to produce some sort of silly Kerbal-kind child-friendly comedy with actual orobital mechanics and no Warp-Drives. Lke all of the videos on Squad's channel.
  3. I have suggested this, alongside with docking ports. What are your opinions on huge docking ports?
  4. Yeah, I thought about that. I'm not sure how to go around that. What if I need an orange tank-worth of RCS fuel? Anyways, I know that Scott isn't a KSP developer but he seems to know more about the game's development than I do. Also, if real life fuel tanks don't work like that that will make the game non-realistic (which I don't want).
  5. Let's say you take an orange tank and you empty the oxidizer. The amount of Liquid fuel you can store is the same. What I'm suggesting is to make it so when you empty a tank from Oxidizer, you can fill it with more liquid fuel to take the place of the oxidiser. Also, Scott Manley once said that we will be able to use orange tanks for all kinds of fuel-Xenon gas, RCS fuel, which is not in the game yet. That should be added too, in my opinion.
  6. Watch a lot of KSP videos to get good at KSP. Literally.
  7. I'm 14 and I have 150 hours played. I've done everything except taking off Eve. Literally, docking is easy, interplanetary travel is second nature, landing is so easy. SSTOs are no problem. KSP is for everyone who like explosions.
  8. I've always been there. I have around 150 hours played but everything in the game is super easy for me. I did a super asparaguss staging mission for Duna, Went to Dres with a huge rocket, haven't tried Eve yet because I'm lazy. Spaceplanes and SSTOs are super easy for me and docking is just second nature for me. All that with 150 hours actually played. And most of that is afk-ing. I don't know if I'm a wizard or anything but that's how it is: I watch youtube videos and the forums and I actually play KSP time per weeks and it's mostly building useless cars or overbuilt rockets for the Mun because I have nothing else to do. Maybe when proper "career" mode gets added I'll come back to actually playing the game but right now I've hit a wall.
  9. Separators are useful in Apollo-style missions and look cool. And theyre much shorter than decouplers.
  10. Get some space probes with the Claw and attach some parachutes to the container. Then de-orbit. This is what I would do. Answer to your question: Same thing happened to me on my Uno-Dos-Dres mission. I couldn't get my kerbals out of the science lab. Turned out you had to press left clik
  11. Sign me up! I have some questions though: KSPMP? Can we use turrets with probe bodies on them?
  12. I've been thinking about this lately: Since sub-atomic particles can appear out of nowhere and teleport but we can't how do we know that the Universe can't? If sub-atomic particles have different physics than "big" stuff, then the Universe should have different physics than the things that make it up, as we have different physics than the things that make us up. So actually, our universe can be actually a sub-atomic particle in a bigger universe. Did I just prove the theory of universes in other universes? Help me, scientists, I'm confused
  13. I meant doing it in-flight, so when you press 1 the light turns red, 2 and the light turns blue for example.
  14. What will happen if we take a normal sheet of paper and apply a ocuple of thousand giganewtos pressure to it? Will it catch on fire? Will it get thinner? I'm not scientist and this idea has been bugging me for quite some time now, so please post your ideas!
  15. *comes back, realising something* My most recent mission was to dock 2 spacecraft together using only sepatrons. I did it on the ground using Hack Gravity. Space on the other hand... I didn't have enough time. Rendezvous with sepatrons is a pain.
  16. I've actually docked 2 SSTOs to a space station with relative ease (both times forgot to put RCS ports to move me left and right so I had to rotate the sspacecraft)(first one I forgot to transfer fuel to the front) and that number is so small because I don't play KSP all that often. Also, my first attempt at docking was my first successful Mun mission. Yes, I did waste a lot of RCS and yes, I did nearly run out of it but I knew what I was doing and I just wasn't used to the controls. So don't be afraid of docking, people, it's not that hard and it's very useful!
  17. How the shoot did I do an Apollo-style mission to the Mun (with the docking) afterwatching Scott Manley for half a year and not playing the game at all? And why can I go anywhere with ease? Why is it so easy for me to land? Where did I learn all this stuff?
  18. I am a kerbal so I am indestructible if you hit me on the head. The mechsuit jumps off my head and The Kraken destroys it. Then The Kraken notices the next poster.
  19. If this is implement, we should be able to change the lights' colours so we can make a disco rocket
  20. I made a ion-propelled probe, called "Get to Jool pls" it got to Jool using the outer tanks of my huge-**** lifter stage It ended up orbiting Laythe. I should play more KSP
  21. I tend to use all my fuel to make my arc a perfect line and I use the excess fuel to increase my speed towards Kerbin. Why? I like myrockets painted in flames.
  22. I am really sorry for all the confusion. yes, I did read the challenge submission guide. I realise that it's confusing and I am sorry for that. I just had the idea of pairs of sepatrons attatched to a decoupler bugging me and I wanted to see if people will realise that too. I'll lock the thread and come back later with a better formulated challenge. ( if somebody can lock this trad for me, please? )
  23. DanNerdCubed on free games friday.
